As a woman founder, of Zimbabwean heritage who started a business in Zimbabwe after years of living abroad, Phillipa shares with us the experiences, failures and successes she has encountered. Ms. Phillipa Sibanda is of Zimbabwean heritage who lost her mother at the tender age of 10 and still succeeded beyond all odds then went on to living in California. After returning to her home country few years later, she went through the experience of starting a business in Zimbabwe.
