In this video I talk about how to end supposed wage inequality. While it may be true that people in certain professions get paid more than others. However, it's important to take into consideration 3 key factors that effect wages and pay.

1. The need for what you do
2. Your ability to do it
3. How difficult it will be to replace you

Those 3 key factors determine how valuable you are to your employer and the marketplace, whether you're a fry cook, a truck driver, engineer, doctor, or Hollywood actor/actress.

If you want to earn more money and keep yourself far from minimum wage, then you have to learn new skills and 10x your productivity at your place of work. When you increase your value and can show your results to your boss...then it'll be hard for him/her to deny you an increase in wages.
