This video presents a female employee portraying her interest in a new position that is available in the company to her male advisor. He makes comments regarding how it isn't a good idea and she isn't fit for the position, especially with her having a kid on the way along with other various sexist comments. This is an example of gender bias in the workplace and can result in tension in the workplace between coworkers of the opposite sex. Unconscious gender bias in the workplace is a large issue within many companies, and this is only one example of gender discrimination within a business environment.
