Hayley Mundeva, Founder & CEO, ThriveHire
Hayley Mundeva is the Founder and CEO of ThriveHire, an online career platform for the Global Health industry. Before this, Hayley worked for 4 years on Global Health research projects in Tanzania, Malawi and Ethiopia and earned 2 degrees in Global Health. Despite starting her career in research, Hayley was surprised to find little information on ways to launch and develop a Global Health career. This is what motivated her to start ThriveHire. Since launching the organization, Hayley and her team have launched job readiness services (such as CV and cover letter reviews), formed partnerships with over 60 organizations including the Red Cross and the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and were awarded the National Innovation Award by the United Nations Association in Canada and the British Council Canada. Hayley is currently based in Kigali, Rwanda where she is spearheading partnerships with local and international organizations.
