Having chronic health problems is a challenge in itself, but sometimes getting the right care to manage these problems can be an even bigger challenge! Here I speak with Annette, who opens up about some of the health problems she has faced in her life and shares some of the barriers she has encountered when trying to access appropriate healthcare. As Annette speaks, it becomes clear that while the NHS has a lot of strengths, there are some simple and obvious changes that could be made which would improve patient experience.
