“The University of Cambridge recognises its responsibility to provide healthy and sustainable food to its staff, students, and visitors. A new Sustainable Food Policy was launched on 2 Feb 2017 which sets out the University’s intentions to minimise the impact of its catering operations on the environment, and to promote sustainable practices and consumption. In this video, we interview some of those involved in the launch of the policy, and hear about what’s happening as a result of the policy.
