In this interview from HPE Discover 2018, John Treadway, SVP of Cloud Technology Partners, breaks down some of the biggest challenges is moving from on-premise solutions to hybrid cloud or public cloud solutions. One of the keys he suggests is looking to partner with companies who already have people with domain expertise to do the undifferentiated heavy lifting - in other words, if moving to the cloud will move the needle for your business, but hiring a bunch of experts in-house won't, outsource the parts that aren't moving the needle.
