Research Impact Case Study by Dr Mirjam Heinen and Dr Silvia Bel-Serrat in collaboration with Ms Isobel Stanley, Dr Lachlan Mitchell, Dr John Mehegan,
Dr Celine Murrin and Professor Cecily Kelleher (runner-up in the 2019 UCD Research Impact Case Study Competition).

Research on childhood obesity surveillance by the National Nutrition Surveillance Centre at UCD has helped policymakers build a picture of the weight status of Irish children.
