In the summer of 1994, over one million Tutsis were killed in one of the most horrific slaughters since the Second World War. Despite international efforts to bring the leaders of the genocide before a tribunal, powerful networks of fugitives operate to supply false documents and hasty escape routes. Filmed partly by hidden camera, this film contains evidence of the Bishop Samuel Musabyimana's key role in the persecution.
