Today’s video covers modern issues in journalism as they’ve arisen from the invention of the internet and the demand for 24/7 news. We are currently in a transition period in history where we as a society are determining the best way to use the internet to access reliable, well-researched and fact-based news, and there have been myriad issues that come with this transition. It is the responsibility of both the providers and consumers of information to attempt to understand and resolve these issues in journalism for us as a society to continue to receive and freely access “good” news.
