Jalid Sehouli, MD, of the Charité University of Medicine Berlin, Berlin, Germany, shares his concern for the lack of guidelines in low-grade ovarian cancer management at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2018 Congress, in Munich, Germany. Prof. Sehouli highlights the results from his survey involving a number of institutions, and expresses the need for stratification of studies on low-grade as well as high-grade ovarian cancers, in order to develop a guideline of recommendations on treatment strategies tailored to the particular grading.
