Christmas Crack Treat- 1 sleeve of premium crackers. You can use Ritz or GF ones.
Line 13x9 pan with foil and spray with non-sticking cooking spray or butter, then place crackers salt side up.
1 cup of brown sugar. 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate. 2 sticks of butter. Melt butter on medium heat until melted then add sugar and whisk for 3mins or until creamy caramel. Pour mixture on the crackers as seen in the video making sure to cover all of the crackers. Then place back into the oven for 3 mins or until bubbly. Then add chocolate and place back into the over for another 3 mins. Then smooth chocolate and garnish with sprinkles or anything else of your choice. Place in the fridge for at least 5hrs to allow time to harden. Can be made in advance!
