As the first anniversary of Santiago "Santi" Salas' stomach cancer diagnosis approached, his wife wanted to do something special to commemorate his "cancerversary." Although the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) changed their plans, friends and family threw a car parade Santi will never forget.
