I wrote this book to empower and educate young people and fill them with hope. While our current way of life is causing harm to this planet, there are so many things we can all do to change our future for the better.

Be the Change includes information on everything from food waste and fossil fuels to combating loneliness and connecting with our community. Alongside practical tips on how we can shift our habits, inspired by my own experiences, you’ll find celebrations of young activists who are making a difference, in their own communities and around the world.
