I've been feeling pretty burnt out lately, so today I'm taking the time to be deliberate and slow down to give my body the recovery time it truly needs. I find a lot of "reset days" can look even more productive than our MOST productive days, but today I'm taking the slow, relaxed and gentle version of "getting my life together" that my body and mind need. Reset days don't need to be productive, but taking them will certainly help your actual productivity later.
