I took the Amtrak from LA to Portland. As you come into Portland the train takes you near downtown. I haven't been downtown Portland, Oregon since the summer and didn't realize how bad the homeless crisis had gotten. COVID has pushed a lot more people into the street. It is sad and this video didn't even show the most tragic areas.
