The purpose of HAMA or Humans Against Monkey Abuse is to expose & condemn abuses done to monkeys.
The baby monkeys, having being stolen from their mothers at such a young age, are lost and confused in the new environments. It's heartbreaking to see these owners enjoy teasing their pet baby monkeys like that.
