Animal shelters are obsolete. Or, at least, they soon can be. Dr. Steven Hansen, President, and CEO of the Arizona Humane Society shares his ideas to make shelters a community filled with hope and optimism for the future.

Dr. Steven R. Hansen oversees the Arizona Humane Society’s (AHS) organizational operations and leads the implementation and execution of its strategic plan. AHS and its partners strive to transform Maricopa County into one of the best places for a pet to be a pet.
