Our dog Zoe is a beardie lab (also the best dog ever!) and a couple of months ago our neighbour came over (a beautiful Hungarian Vissler) and did the business while I had my back turned. We realise this was irresponsible of us, but we are trying to look on the positive side - these are going to make a few families super happy and it has been an incredible experience to be a part of!

There are some intense bits in this video but it makes for lots of good questions for kids about mammals eating placentas and things!

PS Please don't wait for your dog to have a couple of cycles before getting her tubes tied :( There are way too many unwanted dogs in the world. If this makes you want a puppy (it might) please head down to your local dog adoption place - there are hundreds of little puppies wanting a loving home. We LOVE having our Zoe, she is a wonder!
