Open Source Software Stack for Heterogenous embedded devices by Tomas Evensen (BKK19-400K2)
As heterogeneous embedded systems are getting more powerful and common place there are a number of complexities that come with creating the associated software stacks. This talk will cover some of these issues and discuss solutions, tying together topics such as heterogeneous HW (Xilinx Versal ACAP and Zynq MPSoC), use cases, OpenAMP, System Device Trees, Hypervisors, Cache coloring, Ultra96V2 and CCIX.

Tomas Evensen is Chief Technology Officer, Embedded Software at Xilinx.
In this role he is responsible for the embedded software strategy for
Xilinx SoCs. Prior to joining Xilinx, Evensen was Chief
Technology Officer at Wind River for 7 years, as well as GM for the Wind
River Tools Division and VP of Engineering for the VxWorks operating system.
Before that he was the creator of the Diab Data C/C++ compilers.
Evensen received his MSEE at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
