NYC rally, march remember Eric Garner

Demonstrators gather in Manhattan's Foley Square and later on Staten Island to mark the fifth anniversary of Eric Garner's death in a struggle with NYPD officers. The protests come one day after prosecutors declined to file charges against one of the officers involved.
