My neighbour's horrible mutt tries to attack my dog for the hundredth time. I'm sick of it. Can't take my dog for a walk on his lead, without some nasty mutt wanting to attack us. My dog weighs 100lbs, and if I let him loose, he would kill this aggressive dog in seconds flat. But it isn't the dog's fault, it is the bone idle owner who can't be bothered to walk his dog EVER, in the six years they have lived here, and just leaves his fence open for the dog to wander in and out as it chooses. It is illegal to do this, 300 euro fine on the spot.
