Kentucky flooding: Some homes submerged, others float away
Video shows how widespread the damage in Kentucky is from catastrophic flooding late Wednesday and early Thursday. At least 15 people are dead.

Gov. Andy Beshear called the flooding: "Devastating."

The governor signed a state of emergency Thursday morning allowing the National Guard to utilize trucks and helicopters to help rescue Kentuckians trapped by high water.
