I adopted a rescue dog and it's been tough | Regret? Rehoming him?
I wanted to take a step back and just go through everything that has been going on within the last 4 months after I adopted Albie. It hasn't been easy at all even though it could seem like it through my videos.
I wanted to be completely real with you and just tell it like it is. I really hope no one gets offended, although I am bracing myself for people coming at me in the comments.. but I wanted to let you know how I felt, how I feel- and how it all went down.
Of course, I knew adopting a dog was going to be a huge responsibility, and maybe I was naive to think that going out for walks all the time, feeding, clothing, picking up after him was going to be the extent of it.. But the jarring shift to the behavioral problems was too much for me and that is still something that I'm working on myself.
I guess I wanted to share everything with you today because, due to this pandem*c there's been a surge in animal adoptions, and if your story is similar to mine, then you're not alone bb!
