Hurricane Helene caused at least 64 deaths, according to officials in South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. Damage estimates range from $15 billion to over $100 billion, according to Reuters. South Carolina suffered the highest death toll with 24 fatalities. State-Rep.
