When you're mental health is at a good place, doesn't everything and everyone around you look absolutely beautiful? A quick google search defines mental health as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.” This, to me, means that mental health is multifaceted, there are many ways we can go about nurturing our inner world, and that our journey inward will be as unique as we all are. The key is knowing what we need when we need it. 😊
Whether it be spending a week doing things you don’t normally do like me in this video, a week of meditating for 10 minutes a day, a week of morning pages, a week of reading 30 minutes a day, or a week of learning something new every day—which mental activity would you like to focus on for the second week of January and commit to doing for every single day of this week? 💪✨
