Police Chiefs say they can't support the Liberal handgun ban because "the majority of handguns being used (in crimes) are already illegal and it makes no sense to ban something that is already prohibited". Canada has a gang problem, with gang violence growing over the last 20 years. Conservatives have a plan to go after the criminals.
