Elroy and four mamas and 22 kids = a total of 27 unfixed dogs were placed with various dog rescue organizations in California, after being given up by an irresponsible pet owner. 19 dogs came to Shelter Hope Pet Shop in Thousand Oaks, CA and this is their story.
