Deanna Bland has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or ALS. It is also commonly known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. She and her son Mitchell, 9, talk about their relationship by communicating with a computer equipped with a device called the Tobii PCEye G. The device operates the computer by tracking the movement in Deanna's eyes. "This is my beautiful son Mitchell. He is 9." Says Bland through her computer. "The happiest day of my life was when my son was born."
