In 2020 as social injustice came to the forefront in America, Bayer’s team in Berkeley focused on the power of dialogue to build awareness, identify ways to improve and strengthen trust in its 1000+ employee community. These dialogues continue periodically on issues to ensure we are providing a forum to create an strong, inclusive culture. As Bayer’s US site with the greatest employee diversity, ensuring employees can bring their authentic selves to their work each day is critical.
