Combat Veteran Has MASSIVE PTSD/ ANXIETY Attack

I told you guys I would document myself having an anxiety attack / PTSD one of these days and unfortunately today was the day that happened. I woke up this morning pretty normal and felt fine, but after a few minutes of being awake I started to get the most uncontrollable adrenaline rush type feeling very similar to being scared for your life in combat. Luckily I had my wife with me and is able to help me calm down once I get way to deep into an anxiety attack. This one lasted almost 20 min straight of pure fear.
