City Officials, Community Members Call for End to Rising Gun Violence | NBC10 Philadelphia

This year is already on track to be the most violent year in Philadelphia in our lifetime. In a span of eight hours yesterday 9 people were shot and three of them were killed. NBC10’s Danny Freeman went to a rec center in West Philly were one of those shootings happened, and spoke to community members about what needs to be done to slow the increasing gun crisis.
