Black Missouri teen shot twice after ringing wrong doorbell
Community members are protesting after 16-year-old Ralph Yarl was shot twice after he went to pick up his younger siblings and mistakenly rang the doorbell of the wrong residence in Kansas City, Missouri. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports why police have not yet charged or identified the suspect after an arrest was made and what charges Yarl’s family is seeking.
