పసిఫిక్ దేశం పపువా న్యూ-గినియాలో కొండచరియలు విరిగిపడ్డ ఘటనలో మృతుల సంఖ్య 670కి పెరిగింది. శిథిలాల కింద చిక్కుకున్న వారు.... ప్రాణాలతో బయటపడటం దాదాపు అసాధ్యమని అంతర్జాతీయ వలసల సంస్థ వెల్లడించింది. ఈ ఘోర విపత్తులో 150కిపైగా ఇళ్లు ధ్వంసమయ్యాయని పేర్కొంది.
