The Truth About Racial Wealth Inequality in America. Spoiler: It's Not Equal
This video is a bit of a departure from what I typically post, but I really hope that you find it as interesting and educational as I have. The topic of wealth inequality is extremely complex. I am certainly not the expert on the subject. Not even close. But, what I do know is that it is real, and it is at the root of so many financial and societal difficulties that black people face in America.
Each of the statistics and charts shown in the video demonstrate different aspects of the vast gap in wealth between races. (Sources for each are below for reference.)
By highlighting many of these blatant inequities, I hope to inspire all people, no matter your race, to stand for justice and to fight for true equity.
