The reason why I hate dogs and Irresponsible Pet Owners in Sarawak

2012 Jan 17. Location: Miri Ocean Park. This is how I suffer every single day when I am at home for the last half a year or so. I have complained to animal abuse authority and environmental hazards centre. I will go further if no action has been taken by the authority. Because of this, I have gone to see doctor due to a weak heart and mental stresses and it's getting worse. The aggressive breed of dogs kept in small cage 24 hours a day for months without exercise and sometimes without food. The dogs hit the metal bowls against metal cage and bark for hours and hours repeatedly rain or shine while the owner is away. The videos uploaded were recorded in different days different months. It's same thing everyday anyway. Any suggestion?
