Yes, veganism has grey areas. And yes, there are philosophical dilemmas that we should have nuanced conversations about. Shelbi may be one of the few people in the world who is ethically eating eggs -- key word being *maybe*
Her followers on the other hand? They don't seem to be getting the ethics of egg eating at all. And, by inspiring others to purchase chickens and exploit them for their menstrual cycles, Shelbi's egg eating doesn't actually seem that ethical after all -- even if that's not her intention.
