Kepler is no longer with us. The dangers of irresponsible breeding
Kepler went down quickly during the last few weeks. He wants was very active and now he can hardly move his back legs and his front legs don't cooperate. At the end he had trouble chewing and trouble saying upright when we're trying to walk. Saturday morning I took our little friend to the vent and after discussing with our doctor both the vet and I decided it would be best to put Kepler to sleep. Pepper was probably about 4 or 5 months old and even though we only had him for 2 months he will be very much missed.
I made this video as a warning to those who want to breed or those who want to buy from a breeder to be careful with what you do and with how well you research. Please be mindful of what breeding might produce and try to avoid making more Keplers- because while we loved him very much his life would have been miserable and it is best to avoid those kinds of things for future generations of reptile in our community .
