Tampa, Florida, September 15, 2020 -- Former Vice President Joe Biden spoke on veterans issues, and attacked President Trump by again referring to comments the President was alleged to have said about American soldiers. Biden mentioned the alleged comments the President was said to have made when he was in France, but which was widely denied by some 20 members who were with the President on that trip to an American military cemetery.

At the end of his address, VP Biden again failed to take any questions from reporters
