Immigration is a Civil Rights Issue
Dr. Martin Luther King was assassinated in Memphis on April 4, 1968. The civil rights leader was in Memphis to assist the sanitation workers in their efforts to unionize. In today’s video, Jim talks about Dr. King and how Jim believes that immigration in America is a civil rights issue. Dr. King would have been in support of immigrants and in making sure the law was fair.-
