Pull-ups are my favourite upper body exercise! I only learnt how to do them this year so I thought I'd take you through everything that worked for me to get a stronger back.

1st - Work on mind muscle connection with your lats by doing a lat pull down movement on light weight
2nd - Then start working on strength. Stay in the 1-3 rep range going as heavy as you can carrying through the technique you worked on above
3rd - Start getting used to holding your own body weight on the bar by doing chin ups and neutral grip pull-ups using a band if needed
4th- Keep practising!
