Healing From Attachment Trauma -Psychotherapy Crash Course
Research has suggested that healthy boundaries often include the ability to attach and detach when appropriate, foresee relational dangers, and employ appropriate boundaries.
However, if you have a history of trauma, this may seem impossible, confusing, or a lost cause.
Once attachment trauma occurs, it is up to us to heal. The first step toward healing is knowing what to do.
In this video, I discuss healing from attachment and using practical coping tools to do so the right way.
