Early Detection of Mental Illness | මානසික රෝග හැදෙන්න කලින් හඳුනාගනිමු.

I am Dr. Dinusha Sirisena (MBBS, MD Psych), a consultant psychiatrist working in Sri Lanka. I have been asked how to early detect mental illnesses. This is an important topic as this will lead to greater involvement of services, and will give a greater outcome for patients. Here I have included seven key indicators of mental illness, which should cause red flags and prompt the family to bring the person to mental health services.
