Every M&A and venture capital transaction includes some level of IP and technology due diligence, risk analysis, and negotiation of the relevant provisions in the documentation of the deal.
Our panel will discuss the risks that an IP attorney analyzes during due diligence and how those risks are communicated to our corporate attorneys and the client for their consideration as part of the larger transaction. The panel includes two partners from our Corporate, M&A, and Securities practice group and members of our IP practice group who work regularly as a team on M&A and venture capital transactions.
