2021 Arts & Culture Leadership Incubator Showcase

Tualatin Valley Creates’ annual Arts & Culture Leadership Program is designed for emerging leaders currently practicing as artists and cultural advocates with a shared vision of building a thriving and inclusive creative community within Washington County, Oregon. TVC started the program in response to the limited access to arts and culture services and experiences compared to other urban areas around Oregon. Part-leadership development and part-business incubator, this program involves one-on-one mentorship with a team of creative industry professionals, skill-building workshops, and peer networking.
