10 Rare Sharks, Endangered Species and Extinct Prehistoric Marine Monsters

Most shark species are known as fearsome predators, which managed to outlive the dinosaurs thanks to their incredible adaptations. Although not all species of sharks managed to keep their population till modern days and some of them are considered endangered today.

Nevertheless, this fact doesn’t make them any less dangerous and it should be pointed out that, according to the paleontological evidence suggests, prehistoric sharks were even meaner, more dangerous and resembled real marine monsters.
